Please note: Purchasing this does not include a book. The purchaser is responsible for shipping to Just A Good Book Publishing. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we recommend USPS and selecting Media Mail, which is a low-cost shipping method exclusively for books. Typically Media Mail is around $5, but prices are subject to change.
